Returns & Exchanges

At Sneakerzone.dk, we want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you. Below you will find all relevant information about our return policy, a step-by-step guide to returning, and how to exchange an item.


Return Policy

  • 100 days return period – You can return your item within 100 days from the date of receipt.

  • Condition of the item – The item must be completely new, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. No returns are accepted if the item is used, damaged, or shows signs of wear.

  • Packaging for return – The original shoebox must be protected by an outer cardboard box to avoid damage during transport. If the original packaging is damaged, your return may be rejected or result in a compensation claim.

  • Return costFor the first exchange to another size, product, or gift card, the return label is free. For returns for a refund, 45 DKK will be deducted. If the order has already been exchanged once, subsequent return shipping costs 45 DKK – regardless of whether you choose a refund, gift card, or new exchange.

  • Uncollected packages – An uncollected package does not count as a return. If your package is not picked up, you can either have it resent or refunded, but we will deduct 65 DKK for handling fees.

Return Guide – Europe

1. Pack the item securely

  • Place the item in its original packaging and pack it in an outer box for protection.

2. Create a return or exchange in our return portal

  • Go to our return portal here.

  • Follow the instructions and choose whether you want a return or exchange.
  • When you are done, you will receive:
    • A return label as a PDF (if you have access to a printer)

    • A QR code that you can show at the parcel shop – they will print the label for you.

3. Drop off the package at a parcel shop

  • Submit your package at any GLS parcel shop.

4. Processing and status

  • Once we have received and approved your return, we will send you a confirmation by email. You can read more about processing times and follow the status in the “Return Status” section below.

Exchange

Exchanges are free at Sneakerzone.dk.

If you want a different size, product, or gift card, simply choose “Exchange” in the return portal here.

We process your exchange as soon as we have received and approved the returned item. Then your new item will be shipped as soon as possible.

Note:

  • Prices on exclusive sneakers may vary by size and over time. Therefore, we cannot always guarantee the same price as your original order.
  • Delivery time for your exchange may vary. If the item is not in stock, it must be ordered, which typically takes 5–14 business days. This will be clearly indicated on the product page when you select the size.

Return Status

Once we have received and approved your return, you will receive a confirmation via email.
Refunds or your exchange are processed within 7–14 business days. For refunds, it may take a few banking days before the amount appears in your account.

You can always follow the status of your return in our return portal here.

If your return is not approved, we will contact you by email or phone within the same timeframe. Then you have the following option:

  • Have the item sent back to your address at your own expense.
