How do I return or exchange?

You have a 100-day return period from the day you receive the item.

Returns and exchanges are easily processed through our return portal. The item must be completely new, unused, and sent back in its original, undamaged packaging – with the shoebox protected by an outer box.

The first exchange is free.
For returns with a refund, 45 DKK will be deducted for the return label.

How long does processing and refunding take?

Once we have received and approved your return, it will be processed within 5–10 business days.

For refunds, the amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase. It may take a few banking days before the amount appears in your account.

You will always receive a confirmation email once your case has been processed.

What if there is a defect in the item?

When you shop with us, you have a 2-year warranty under the Sale of Goods Act.

If you experience a defect, you can file a claim through our help center and attach photos along with a description of the issue. We will assess the case and guide you further.

If the claim is valid, we will cover your reasonable shipping costs.

How do I choose the right size?

On each product page, you’ll find a specific recommendation for that model. Delivery time and fit can vary depending on size, and this is always clearly shown when you select your size.

We recommend starting with the size you usually wear in sneakers – then adjust according to the recommendation given for the product.

If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help.

How do the different brands fit?

Fit varies from brand to brand:

• Nike: Go up 0.5 size. (Exception: Air Force 1 fits true to size.)

• Air Jordan: Go up 0.5 size.

• Adidas: Go up 0.5 size.

• UGG: Go up 0.5 size.

• New Balance: Go up 0.5 size.

• Yeezy Slides: Go up 1–2 sizes.

The exact recommendation is always listed on the individual product page.

Can I get personalized size guidance?

Yes. We provide daily advice on sizes and fit.

Who is Sneakerzone?

Sneakerzone is a Danish platform for sneakers, streetwear, and accessories – founded by two brothers from Odense with a passion for the culture.

What started as an interest in limited releases is now a professional company delivering across Europe. Our focus is simple: 100% authentic products, transparent prices, and a secure shopping experience – every time.

Where are you located?

We have a warehouse and office in Odense.

Is it safe to shop at Sneakerzone?

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the product and size.

If the item is in stock, we usually ship within 1 business day. UPS normally delivers 1–2 business days after shipping.

If the item is a special order, we first order it from our supplier network. This typically takes 5–14 business days. The estimated delivery time is always shown when you select a size – as well as in your order confirmation.

When will the money be withdrawn?

The amount is only charged when the order is shipped.

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved at the time of order and automatically released if the order is canceled or not completed.

So, you only pay when we send the item.

How does delivery and tracking work?

We ship with UPS across Europe – to parcel shops or with home delivery.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the package all the way.

You are also welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse in Odense during opening hours 11–16. Choose pickup at checkout, and we will notify you when the order is ready.

How does your price guarantee work?

We match the price if you find the same item cheaper at a Danish CVR-registered retailer.

The item must be identical (same model, color, and size), be in stock at both retailers, and be deliverable within 1–2 business days. Contact us with documentation, and we will process your request.

Can prices change over time?

Yes. The sneaker market is driven by supply and demand, so prices can change – even across sizes.

We continuously update all sizes to reflect the current market price.

Do you offer installment payments?

Yes. You can choose installment payment via ViaBill at checkout.

You will receive your items first and then pay your monthly installment directly to ViaBill according to their terms.
