Payment

We offer payment by credit card.

We do not charge card fees.

The amount is only charged to your card when the item is shipped.

When buying with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. Then you must pay your monthly installment on the same date each month.

If you do not pay on time, a fee will be charged. If you cancel your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill ends.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We charge the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

Shipping
We offer delivery via GLS with or without home delivery.
All orders are sent as parcels and can therefore be tracked via Track and Trace, which you will receive upon dispatch of the order.

GLS home delivery: kr. 59,00

Delivery time follows GLS’s standard, which is about 1-2 days from dispatch.

We strive to dispatch all stock items within 1 day after purchase.

Made-to-order shoes take up to 12 working days for delivery.

Right of cancellation

As a consumer, you have a 100-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 100 days after the day you received your item. If you ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The deadline means you have 100 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@sneakerzone.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you can find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the item without also notifying us.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have bought multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items even if they were purchased in a single order.

Note that you will not get the shipping costs refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.

Returns

Once you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 100 days to send the item back to us.

If you use our return label, 45 kr. will be automatically deducted from your refunded amount. You must be able to print the label yourself.

We do not take responsibility for products that break, are stolen, or are lost in any other way during shipping to us, as this is beyond our control.

Condition of the item when you return it

If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and how it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the item's commercial value, and in some cases, it may mean you only get the shipping costs back.

The shoebox, the original wrapping paper, and other accessories are part of the product, and we therefore recommend that the item is sent back in the same way we sent it to you. If we receive a damaged shoebox or missing accessories, you risk this being considered a depreciation.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not include extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your notice that you want to cancel the agreement.

We refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply.
This means you have a 24-month warranty.

If your complaint is justified, it means you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

Since Sneakerzone sells unique items that are not available on the general market, and are in varying condition due to age, storage, and other factors, it may mean that exchange is not an option.

You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for the shipment so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Complaint Access
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us at info@sneakerzone.dk. If we fail to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and at most 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least 720 DKK. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone number, and email address.

We register and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the product to you.

Personal data is registered with Sneakerzone ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information.

The data controller at sneakerzone.dk is Sneakerzone ApS.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
