Payment

We offer payment by credit card.

We do not charge card fees.

The amount is only charged to your card when the item is shipped.

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your items. Then you must pay your monthly installment on the same date each month.

If you do not pay on time, a fee will be applied. If you cancel your purchase, the agreement with ViaBill ends.

Reservation of Amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) We charge the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to an agreement with your card issuer.

Shipping
We offer delivery via GLS with or without home delivery.
All orders are sent as packages and can be tracked via Track and Trace, which you will receive upon shipment of the order.

GLS parcel shop: DKK 39.00
GLS home delivery to private: DKK 59.00

Delivery time follows GLS’s standard, which is approx. 1-2 days from shipment.

We strive to ship all in-stock items within 1 day after purchase.

Made-to-order shoes take up to 12 working days for delivery.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 100 days right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The withdrawal period expires 100 days after the day you received your item. If you ordered several different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

The period means you have 100 days from receipt to notify us that you want to withdraw your purchase. You can send an email to info@sneakerzone.dk or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot withdraw the purchase by refusing to accept the item without also notifying us.

Withdrawal of Part of the Purchase

If you have bought multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items even if they were purchased in one order.

Note that you will not get shipping costs refunded if you withdraw part of your purchase.

Returns

Once you have notified us that you want to withdraw your purchase, you have 100 days to send the item back to us.

If you use our return label, DKK 45 will be automatically deducted from your refunded amount. You must be able to print the label yourself.

We do not take responsibility for products that are damaged, stolen, or lost in transit to us, as this is beyond our control.

Condition of the Item When You Return It

If the item has lost value because you have used it in a way other than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean you only get the shipping costs back.

The shoebox, original wrapping paper, and other accessories are part of the product, so we recommend returning the item in the same way we sent it to you. If we receive a damaged shoebox or missing accessories, this may be considered a depreciation in value.

Refund of Purchase Amount

If you withdraw your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is depreciated, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except extra delivery costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal.

We refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We can withhold the payment until we have received the item unless you provide proof that you have returned it.

Right to Complain

When you shop with us as a consumer, the Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means you have a 24-month warranty period.

If your complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the situation.

Since Sneakerzone sells unique items not available on the general market and in varying conditions due to age, storage, and other factors, exchange may not be an option.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Complaints made within two months of discovering the defect are always considered timely.

If the complaint is justified, we refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also, keep a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Complaint Procedure
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, contact us at info@sneakerzone.dk. If we cannot find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus.

To file a complaint, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee for processing the complaint.

When you shop on an e-mærket webshop, you can have your case processed for free by e-mærket regardless of the amount. Read more here.

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone number, and email address.

We register and share the personal data necessary to deliver the item to you.

Personal data is registered with Sneakerzone ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

We also cooperate with several other companies that store and process data. These companies process data solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.

The data controller at sneakerzone.dk is Sneakerzone ApS.

You have the right to know what information we process about you.
If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose we collected it for. You can also contact us if you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully.
