Do you want to be the voice of Sneakerzone?
Are you service-minded, organized, and experienced in customer service via email and phone?
We are looking for a full-time customer service employee who will become an important part of our team and ensure that our customers always have a professional and friendly experience.
- Responding to customer inquiries by email and phone
- Assisting customers with questions about order status, delivery, returns, and complaints
- Handling customer cases in cooperation with the rest of the team
- Light administrative tasks related to daily operations
- Packing orders and processing return packages when needed
- Have documented experience with customer service via email and phone
- Are organized, thorough, and able to keep an overview during busy periods
- Work independently and take responsibility for solving the customer's problem correctly and efficiently
- Communicate fluently in Danish and can express yourself professionally in English
- Have an interest in sneakers or the resale market (an advantage, not a requirement)
Start: As soon as possible

Are you detail-oriented and good at keeping things organized?
We are looking for a warehouse manager who will ensure that our products are received, inspected, and sent out in perfect condition.
- Receiving and shipping goods
- Quality control and inspection of products upon receipt
- Inventory management and daily order
- Ensuring all goods are in perfect condition before they are sent to customers
- Have an eye for detail and quality
- Be independent and organized
- Be used to working quickly and efficiently
- Have experience with sneakers (an advantage, not a requirement)
