Are you service-minded, organized, and experienced with customer service via email and phone?
We are looking for a full-time customer service employee who will become an important part of our team and ensure that our customers always have a professional and friendly experience.
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Assisting customers with questions about order status, delivery, returns, and complaints
- Handling customer cases in collaboration with the rest of the team
- Light administrative tasks related to daily operations
- Packing orders and processing return packages when needed
- Have documented experience with customer service via email and phone
- Be organized, thorough, and able to maintain an overview during busy periods
- Work independently and take responsibility for solving the customer's problem correctly and efficiently
- Communicate fluently in Danish and be able to express yourself professionally in English
- Have an interest in sneakers or the resell market (an advantage, not a requirement)
Start: As soon as possible

Are you detail-oriented and good at keeping things organized?
We are looking for a warehouse manager who will ensure that our products are received, inspected, and shipped out in perfect condition.
- Receiving and sending goods
- Quality control and product checks upon receipt
- Inventory management and daily organization
- Ensuring all items are in perfect condition before being sent to customers
- Have an eye for detail and quality
- Be independent and structured
- Be used to working quickly and efficiently
- Have experience with sneakers (an advantage, not a requirement)
Start date: As soon as possible
