Customer Service Manager – Full-time, Odense

We are looking for an experienced customer service employee who can ensure our customers have a professional and efficient experience – every time.

This is not an entry-level role. You should already have worked in customer service and be comfortable using both email and phone as regular tools.

Your main tasks

Responding to customer inquiries by email and phone
Managing questions about orders, delivery, returns, and complaints
Handling customer cases from start to finish
Collaboration with warehouse and purchasing on customer cases
Light administrative tasks
Help with packing and returns handling when needed

Requirements (non-negotiable)

Have experience with customer service via email
Can communicate professionally and clearly in Danish
Can handle multiple cases at once without losing overview
Take responsibility for solving problems – not just responding to them

It’s a plus if you:

Have experience with phone customer service
Have worked in e-commerce or webshop
Interested in sneakers or resell

Structured and detail-oriented
Calm under pressure and good at prioritizing
Service-minded – but also solution-oriented and efficient

Practical

Location: Odense SØ (close to Rosengårdcenteret)
Start: April–June
First part-time for 1–2 months → then full-time (min. 1 year)
Working hours: Weekdays, on-site attendance

Purchasing Manager – Full-time, Odense

At Sneakerzone, we are looking for a purchasing manager who can take ownership of our buying and help ensure we always have the right sneakers on the shelves.

We are a growth company in sneakers and resell, where the pace is fast and decisions must be made quickly. Therefore, we are not looking for a “starter” – but someone who already understands the market.

Your primary tasks

Purchasing sneakers via online platforms and networks
Monitoring releases, prices, and market trends
Assessing which models and sizes we should buy
Collaborating with the team on assortment and strategy
Receiving goods and quality control
Packing orders when needed

Requirements (non-negotiable)

You have solid knowledge of sneakers
(resell, previous work, or strong personal experience)
Understand the market: releases, demand, and price levels
Can make decisions quickly – without compromising quality
Work in a structured way and can handle many tasks simultaneously

It’s a big plus if you:

Have experience with buying/selling sneakers
Have worked with purchasing, e-commerce, or warehousing
Have a strong commercial instinct and think in margins
