How to fit Nike shoes
If you have been looking at an Air Force 1 model, we recommend choosing your usual size. These are actually wider.
For other Nike models – including Air Jordan – we recommend going one size up from your normal size. This applies to Air Max, Dunks, and all other Nike models – except Air Force 1.

CM indicates the length of the insole inside the shoe. If you measure your foot, you should choose a size where the insole is 0.5 centimeters longer than your foot.
How to measure your foot
Step 1 – stand with your feet against a wall
- Measure your feet in the evening when they are at their fullest
- Stand on a stable surface
- Measure your feet while wearing socks
Step 2 – place an object where your longest toe ends
The object can be a book, a pencil, or something similar
Step 3 – step away and measure the distance between the wall and the object
Step 4 – check the size chart
- Use the chart to find the size that matches your foot
- You should always choose a shoe size where the sole is 0.5 cm longer than your foot
Step 5 – repeat the same process with the other foot
