CONDITIONS

-• The returned products must be brand new. That is, unused and in original undamaged packaging. There must be no signs of wear or use. Upon receipt of the package, our staff will assess the condition of the returned product. No return will be accepted if the product is used, dirty, damaged and/or if the product is unfit for sale. The returned product must therefore be equivalent to the one originally ordered.

-• You have a 100-day right of return.If you still try to return your item even after the 100 days have passed, your return will be rejected. In addition, we require a refund of the return label and payment of delivery back to you.

-• Returned products must be returned in a separate shipping package to avoid damage to its original packaging. Your return may be rejected or compensation may be required if the original packaging of the returned product is damaged.

-• We offer free returns on shoes and cover all direct shipping costs. You can download your free return label through our returns portal by clicking here .

-•An unclaimed package does NOT count as a return. We will hold your unclaimed package until you contact us by email. You can either ask for the package to be resent to you or have the order refunded. For unclaimed packages, we will deduct 65.- from the total amount, which covers the costs of unclaimed packages.

RETURNS GUIDE - DENMARK

1. Carefully pack the item in the original packaging. The original shoe box should be protected by an additional cardboard box in the same way you received the item.

2. Use our returns portal to return your package by clicking here .

3. Drop off the package at a parcel shop near you.

Exchange

If you want to exchange your item, you must place a new order and return the old one. Please note that prices for exclusive sneakers may vary by size. In addition, our prices may change over time. Therefore, you cannot be guaranteed the same price as your previous order.

RETURN STATUS

-• If your return is accepted: The refund will be automatically processed via the payment method you used when you placed your order within a maximum of 7 days of receiving your return.

-• If your return is rejected: You will be informed by email or phone within a maximum of 7 days of receipt of your return. You will have the option to have the product sent back to your address at your own expense.
